What we hold

Your account: your name, your e-mail address, a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself), and the name of your company or brand.

Your Amazon advertising data: once you connect an Amazon Ads account, Bidavora imports your campaigns, ad groups, keywords, product targets, search terms and the daily performance figures Amazon reports for them. If you enter prices and costs for your products, it holds those too.

Your Amazon sign-in: the token Amazon gives us to act on your behalf, encrypted at rest. We never see or store your Amazon password.

A record of what was done: every change Bidavora proposed or sent to Amazon, the evidence behind it, and what Amazon answered.

What we do with it

We use it to run your campaigns and to show you why each change was made. We do not sell it, we do not use one advertiser's data to make decisions for another, and we do not use it to train models.

Who else sees it

Amazon, because that is where the campaigns live. The company that hosts our servers. An e-mail provider, if you turn on alerts or summaries. A payment provider, when you pay for a plan; card details go to them directly. Nobody else.

The website

This website does not need an account and does not set advertising cookies. If we add visitor statistics, they will be cookieless or ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

Performance data and the record of changes are kept while your account is open, because rules that judge a campaign on ninety days of evidence need ninety days of evidence. Detailed history older than the retention window is summarised and the detail removed.

Getting rid of it

You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings, or by asking us at team@bidavora.com. Deletion first removes your Amazon sign-in, so nothing can be sent to Amazon while it runs, then removes your campaigns, performance data, goals, costs and settings. We keep the record that a deletion happened.

You can also disconnect an Amazon account at any time; Bidavora stops reading it and stops sending changes immediately.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to team@bidavora.com and we will answer within thirty days.
