Every paid plan starts with 14 free days and no card, so you can decide before you pay anything.

Monthly plans

Cancelling stops the next payment and the plan runs to the end of the month already paid. We do not refund part of a month, unless something on our side went wrong.

Yearly plans

If you cancel within 14 days of a yearly payment (the first one or a renewal), write to team@bidavora.com and we refund it in full. After that the plan runs to the end of the year paid. We remind you 7 days before a yearly renewal.

When something went wrong on our side

If Bidavora failed to do what it says, or charged you by mistake, write to team@bidavora.com with what happened and we will put it right, including a refund where that is fair.

Overage

The 1% fee on ad spend above your plan's limit is worked out from Amazon's own reported spend. If you believe it was calculated wrongly, tell us and we will check it and correct the next invoice.
