What Bidavora does

Bidavora, provided by Royalty Scaler LLC, reads your Amazon advertising data and, with your permission, changes it: it pauses campaigns that spend without selling, brings them back when the product sells again, adds negative keywords, and, if you switch those on, changes bids and budgets and launches campaigns. You choose which of these happen automatically and which wait for your approval. Changes you make yourself in the app are sent only after you confirm them.

What you are responsible for

The advertising spend is yours. Bidavora acts on the rules and goals you set, and it can only do what Amazon allows an advertiser to do. You are responsible for what you advertise, for the accuracy of the prices and costs you enter, and for keeping your Amazon account in good standing.

Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us at team@bidavora.com if you think someone else has it.

What we are responsible for

Running the service with reasonable care and skill, doing what we say on this page and in the privacy notice, and telling you promptly if something goes wrong with your account.

We do not promise a particular advertising result. Advertising performance depends on your products, your prices, your competitors and Amazon's auction, none of which we control.

Plans, trial and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; no card is needed to start it.

Plans are counted by products (ASINs) and monthly ad spend. If your ad spend in a billing month goes above your plan's limit, we add 1% of the spend above the limit to the next invoice, and the plan price plus this fee is never more than the price of the next plan up. There is no such fee during the trial or on the free audit. Going over the product limit has no fee; products above the limit get the brakes only until you move up.

Payments are handled by our payment provider; card details go to them directly and never reach us. Prices exclude taxes, which the invoice shows for your country.

Stopping

You can stop whenever you like: disconnect the Amazon account, or delete the whole account in Settings. Cancelling a paid plan stops the next payment; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid. See the refund policy for when we refund.

If a payment fails, the rules that stop money being spent (holding campaigns that spend without selling, bringing them back, selling hours, negative keywords) keep running. Bids, budgets and new campaigns wait until the payment is sorted. We will never respond to a billing problem by letting your spend run free.

Limits

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by e-mail at least thirty days before it takes effect.
